Did a little bit of tweaking in Audacity after a mono channel conversion and when you import the sound into OpenIV, there is almost no loss in similarity/quality of the original sound file linked above.
Instructions: Go to /x64/audio/sfx/WEAPONS_PLAYER.rpf and make sure you've extracted the files and folders to a folder you can find. Then click new > Import openFormats (in the top left near the left and right arrow) and navigate to where you extracted the contents of this mod, then select snp_heavy.oac and open.
