The Electric Carbine Rifle replaces the original function of the Carbine with the ability to fire stun shots.
Features:
Unlimited ammunition.
Acts as stun gun.(With range of original Carbine)
"Electricity" effect when fired at most objects.
No bullet decal, reminiscent to the function with of the stun gun.
Buffed force.
Push cars.
Features to come:
Model swap. (Not possible at this time within my knowledge)
Buffed penetration values.
Sound swap.
Instructions:
IMPORTANT NOTICE: Please make a backup of your original weapons.meta before installing this mod.
1.Launch OpenIV.
2.Select Grand Theft Auto V (Windows).
3.Browse to : \Grand Theft Auto V\update\update.rpf\common\data\ai
4.Once there, toss in my modded weapons.meta.
5.Close OpenIV
6.Start game and don't tase me bro!

@nathandark @OrangeAgent @PapiDimmi @T1GER404 @Doctorgta I've given up on this whole modding scene, it was better back in Gta IV,but now not much is original and people just go off other's ideas. It's repetitive and boring. Most of those new models are also done quite poorly, the model exports and swaps aren't corrected and some have no animation. They don't even bother to place models into the feasible area of viewing for the player, so they aren't even in the hand and such. Is this because this feature is new? No, it's because they do not know how to properly do so, and wouldn't anyway because they're mostly stubborn. So I'll take my leave from here. Everyone who make these mods do it for the attention, so be gone with them. As much as I truly hate to boast my works, I had modded in Gta Iv phenomenally and the people who I worked with were sincere and brilliantly creative. I miss those people, and they did not come to this new medium and have all moved on. I decided to give this a try unlike them, but I now wish to not go on. Rest in loving peace the stability of the old modding community. The people who did not for the attention, but because of all the great times and fun.
@nathandark Don't forget it wasn't fit perfectly, the player doesn't hold it properly

Nice mod.. Been using this for a while. Can you change the firing sound of the rifle to something electric like when you fire a stun gun?
A suggestion for this is to make a stun shotgun because you never see a stun rifle. But overall good mod :)
@kratos1911 At this time, GTA V awc (audio files) cannot be exported, however I will surely do so when it is possible, thank you for trying it!
Please disable "push cars" and "ulimited ammo" or add an option to disable.
@PapiDimmi I will disable the push cars in a future release, however the unlimited ammo cannot be disabled as it uses the same clip and ammunition properties of the stun gun. Even if I were to disable unlimited ammunition, I believe there is no way to acquire stun gun "ammo" Thank you!
I have a good idea, not sure if it's possible but maybe if you could include like a trail of electricity as it approaches the Pedestrian or Player, for example: you shoot or fire whatever and a trail or electricity etc.. follows it but it has a long trail timer, abit like the smoke trail. :) probably to much to ask but it's just a suggestion thanks anyway I See this having great potential.

@Butt Head Well dude,its a beginning if you were in gta iv's mod scene it was the same,we just got there faster,and yea i get you i myself haven't published any mods lately nor played gta v,hope to see you coming back maybe someday (;
@Butt Head I think you are taking this whole modding thing too much serious. Mods sometimes are just silly things that we do for fun. There's no such thing as "professional" modders. Many of us a just regular people trying to do something cool that others may like...or not. Mods are optional. “If you don’t like it, don’t use it. It’s that simple.” - That's my motto. Btw, GTA IV is FULL of dumb and nonfunctional mods (ahem...shitty M1 abrams mod) just like the ones we are seeing in GTA V.
