install the weapon.meta file to update/update.rpf/common/data/ai
v1.1 changes
i added the weaponcomponents.meta file so now the bigger clip sizes show correctly and you also have longer range for the flashlight attachment on guns.
this is for version 1.0877 of the game but should still work on older versions of the game.
This mod will extend the range on all weapons so they can shoot further. Bigger clip sizes for all weapons was added as well. Also applied extended ranges to grenades, motoluv, sticky bombs. This makes the shotgun useful and fun since it has a decent range now. Weapon ranges on minigun, rpg, stinger, miniguns on helios, lazer weapons etc have the biggest improvements. The heavy weapons have more force added to them when they hit peds. The baseball bat, golfclub,fist and baseball all have double or triple the force to make it fun using those weapons but they dont go that far back maybe get thrown 50-100 feet. Some guns have improved damage but only small tweaks to the values anywhere from 2-6 nothing big. The only weapon that has a noticeable improvement to damage is the .50 pistol aka desert eagle. Also increased the zoom in level for all weapons but only somewhat noticeable nothing crazy.
