@Mast3rsTutorials can you make a sniper rifle that shoots vehicles towards you there was a mod for gta 4 that did that you put the values to either - for what you shoot towards you and + to shoot away from you

Hi there, I have a question:
can you tell me which line in the weapons file is responsible for firing rate? In line with that, I would like to make the punching waaaay faster, as in i click punch and he instantly hits. Do you know if that is possible and if yes, how so? Thanks a lot!
