Hey guys I made this mod for the people who hate to find places to build stuffso i created this Building Area.

Requirements:
-Menyoo https://www.gta5-mods.com/scripts/menyoo-pc-sp
-Map builder https://www.gta5-mods.com/tools/map-builder

Install:
Just put the .xml file in Gta(main folder) / Menyoostuff / Spooner

Comment and like If you want more of those Building Areas
And you are welcome to use it for your house mods but give at least credit to me
