The scene is a super/high end car meet that has been blocked off at every entrance/exit point by the Ballas Gang,
NOTE: All main characters (Trevor, Michael, and Franklin) and people associated with them are in the car meet, so if you can change your ped model, but if you don't mind, ENJOY ANYWAY!

Story mode cars are at the meet
New peds and animations
The ballas have guns and if you threaten them or shoot near them they will attack!
