A Protest Has Been Rising in Downtown and the police forces are trying to control it with the minimum losses . all the roads leading to the protest are closed and all the emergency services are ready for any situation.

** Installation :-
1- extract the file in GTA5(Root Directory)/menyooStuff/Spooner
2- open menyoo in game and choose - misc options -
3- choose - decreased ped population - and - decreased vehicle population -
4- back to the menyoo main menu and choose - Object Spooner > Manage Saved Files > Downtown-protest > load placements
