This is an [MLO] of the Infamous Grove Street House that's included in "Hood Safari" Mission in SP!
~ The Interior includes: 1 Living Room, 1 Kitchen, 1 Bedroom, 1 Bathroom, 1 Garage with a Basketball Hoop!

*Important*
SP:
You must add "a1s_grove_street_house" into the "dlclist.xml" listed in "mods/update/update.rpf/common/data"
FiveM:
Place "A1sGroveHouse01" into your FiveM server's resources,
Then add "ensure A1sGroveHouse01" into your server's server.cfg
Known Bugs:
- Front Door is locked in SP use menyoo PC Menu to change it to dynamic!
- Two areas on the house/interior have overlays causing flickers
- There is a random flower in the Garage, if you have NVE installed it removes it somehow?
- Exterior light will appear in the interior when out in the exterior.

Remember you must add <Item>dlcpacks:/a1s_grove_street_house/</Item> into the "dlclist.xml" located in mods/update/update.rpf/common/data!

@DoubleDD OIV’s can be opened with WinRAR for manual install
@Rozay223 @azzman_01 this file still works. I just figured out why I walk through the ground. If you're using mpmapfixes or spfixes in your mods it will conflict and make you not be able to enter.
