You need Map Builder IV to load all the necessary props. Load this map manualy by pressing F7 and enter the map name [sandy] Then the map teleports you now automaticly to the Boathouse to load all the props, after that you will be send to Trevors house. Use also a objectlist with the latest dlc to spawn all the objects in the world. I added one in the archive. Put also the object spawn unlocker 1.1 in your base directory and delete your invalid objectslist to ensure that you get in the game all the objects.

Changes 1.1
I added a zombie hide-out. The pizzeria has now also interior lights. Removed unwanted props and fixed some heights of objects but Map Editor has damaged some things in this map.
Changes 1.2
Removed some peds and unnecessary items. Fixed Trevors house. I used almost the total amount of props so the map have some issues with drawing weapons. If you can't draw a weapon try these places; [boathouse and that side of town & the houses near the traintrack] The only way to solve this problem is to remove more peds and objects.I'd like to hear if anyone else have these issues.

I added a boat landing stage next to the sub-marinebase. So you can sail away from Alamo Sea. Added a TV to Trevors house. Sandy's gas station contains now Import & Export Props. The map teleports you now automaticly to the boathouse when you load this map, after that you will be sent to Trevors house to begin this map. Just press F7 [don't enter map editor] and press load map and typ sandy.
Changes 1.4
The Fishing Harbour got an improvement, it has now more houses, boats with landingstages etc & the loading docks have now a better foundation. The houses along the railway side also have lights. I included the older 1.3.1 file in the archive.
Changes 1.5
Planted a little forest in the Sandy Shores environment. The trees are specially selected to be able to stand in this dry area.
Changes 1.5.2 Hotfix
The new Barge of the xmas dlc has been added to the map, i fixed some bugs; a plank has been set up again in trevor's house and some peds were moved of their locations and have been put back to their original positions.
This file contains 2 map files, one is for normal Map Editor use and the other one is for converting to ymap; i fixed the exploding trailers, this happens when you use the normal version of this map, so use this file for ymap.

The foundation for the houses & buildings around the map has been re-laid with better textures from OmegaKingMods Map Builder and looks now way better then the default foundation block [it looks now more realistic]. The boulevards are now tiled and some bugs were fixed. The ymap version got some improvements too.
Changes 1.7 [dynamic update]
In this update i've set most of the objects to dynamic, so now the objects will interact with the player in the gameworld. I Added some nice props from the After Hours DLC such as new tents, vehicles etc. And I fixed some bugs.

Trevor upper floor house has been given a new floor and has some improvements, fixed some z fighting textures for the apartments and the road to the Submarine Base has been fixed for ymap. Plus minor fixes for Map Editor/ymap versions. Ymap included.

@DontTweetThis : Which trailers then explode? the ones at the Lost Hollow Tree Camp or in the beginning of the village? btw they do not explode in my game.

@gta5testya I just installed the ymap version from the latest update and the one apartment building by the sandy shores lake is partly floating above the ground, any way to fix this?

@armstrongdickpunch : You need to install Map Builder because the apartments standing on the blocks of them, sometimes the blocks load slower if you use more maps but they eventually load in. I only found little z fighting textures and i'll fix that soon. @DontTweetThis : Did you realy use the ymap from my latest archive 1.7.1? because I don't see any trailers exploding.

@drydermataroa : Thanks for your videoreview!, btw you can set the draw distance for Map Editor higher if you like, i set mine to 3000, you can find the options in the Map Editor menu. The ymap version has better performance but less peds.

@DontTweetThis : Wait a while before Map Buider is updated, the current 1.02 version does not work with the latest version 1.0.1604.0. There's soon a working version.

@gta5testya im just confused about the objectlist , do i combine all the objects into one file called objectlist and keep the name expanded objectlist or do i have to take all the items listed in these files and combine them??

@billc781: Keep the two objectlists separate, the main objectlist is for all the props (latest dlc) and I also placed the Map Builder objects in it. You can also use OmegaKingMods object list, which also has the last objects. I thought the expanded objectlist is for the object spawn unlocker, but I'm not sure if this is necessary but you can keep it into your scripts folder. Sometimes certain objects can not be placed and this is seen as an invalid model, to reset this you can erase the invalid objectlist in case some items are not loaded. I hope it's clear now.

@gta5testya Ok so I think I almost have it, the only question is line number 3 of your instructions for sun valley what proplist txt do I put into menoostuff , literally where is the proplist.txt? also thanks so much for the help i love your mods im just missing some objects

The map is only for Map Editor so it might not work with Menyoo and i never mention it in the readme. @gta5testya I like this map alot and I want to install it but before I do I got a couple of questions. One think I don't like is loading maps by pressing F7 and then having to type the name of the map, I prefer having maps I'm interested on load automatically using the "AutoloadMaps" folder feature of Map Editor. If I put the xml file for this map in the "AutoloadMaps" folder do you think it will load up properly or do you think some of the props won't load? Also, can this be converted to a ymap? I know converting xml's to ymap's take a toll on whatever peds and vehicles are included in the map but, I don't mind that as long as the whole map itself loads up as a "ymap". Last question, I have a map installed that connects to sandy shores across from the Alamo sea from the other side, it's a bridge with a tiny island in the middle of it, here's an image of that map > https://imgur.com/GG4ftaM, would your map conflict or interfere with this one in any way, fasion or form by any chance?

@JAM102970: You can just try to put it in autoload maps, the map is 2048 props big so see for your self if all the items has been loaded. I already converted this map to ymap , it's in the archive (vehicles do spawn with ymaps but indeed not the peds). About the extra map; I hope that there is no house blocking the bridge road you can just try it. Nice map btw

@gta5testya Yeah I noticed there was a "ymap" convertion of this map in the download. I installed the ymap version and It worked great! It didn't conflicted with my other map plus it loaded up pretty well, I even saw some peds too. Thanks!

@JAM102970 : Thanks for your rating!, just a question, how do you experience GTAV together with Map Builder?, do you occasionally suffer from crashes? I sometimes suffer from CTD. I hope that OmegaKingMods the maker of Map Builder will soon find a solution for this.

@gta5testya I've only made a couple of simple maps for myself using Map Editor. I do have some other maps made by some others installed in my game. To avoid crashes I got a Heap Limit Adjuster installed, that seems to work for me and all my maps load up fine
