An apartment I made with existing parts from Menyoo for the Weazel Plaza building. If you plan on using this for pictures or scenes, I recommend not having the camera near the windows in the editor as the props will start to flicker. If there are any issues with this mod, please let me know and I'll try to do something about it.
Instructions: Extract the "Split-Level Loft.xml" file from the download, then go to your main GTA folder, go to menyooStuff, and then Spooner, and place the file in there. When in-game, open up Menyoo, then go to "Object Spooner", go to "Manage Saved Files", scroll until you find "Split-Level Loft", and click on it to spawn it in.
