Vice City is without a doubt a city of luxury. The Vercetti Estate is one of the best properties in town. Now the Ocean Beach Penthouse joins it. This luxurious penthouse includes breathtaking views of Vice City and comes with a man cave with a basketball gym, air hockey table, and pool table, a private strip club with hot babes, a master bedroom and guest bedroom, a dining room with a bar, and a living room that pays homage to The Clymenus Suite from Vice City Stories.

Lots of potential and such a great idea, but was executed very poorly. Alot of work needs to done in order to improve this mod. If you're ambitious enough, then I hope you take the time to implement major overhauls with this mod.
