In the future, the map will be finalized
You need-
Map Editor https://www.gta5-mods.com/scripts/map-editor
Custom Props Add-On https://www.gta5-mods.com/maps/custom-prop
Don't forget to change draw distance to 3000 in mapeditor options.

can you add grass
@zzcool I can, but the file will take up a lot of memory and will not start on weak computers
for a map editor map, this is pretty solid. Could use some cacti in the desert portion though.
