how to convert xml's to ymap's or even make MLOs in

Installation Guide:
Go to your GTAV Game directory > menyooStuff > Spooner
Drag and drop the provided "WNTV HQ V0.6a1" file here!
You need Menyoo for this to work!**
Changelog - New in v0.6a2:
- Added a YMAP file!
How to Install: Go to OpenIV > mods > update >x64 > dlcpacks > custom_maps
Simply drag and drop the "WNTV HQ v0.6.a2" file here! (make sure Edit Mode is on)
Ensure you have a "custom_maps" DLC folder installed for this to work!**
