Download and install:
ScriptHook,
ScriptHook V.NET
OpenIV
MENYOO
And very important to download before install:
1 And Panda Craft Mods (https://fr.gta5-mods.com/misc/dlc-panda-craft-add-on)
2 And DNX Generic Add-On Props (https://fr.gta5-mods.com/misc/dnx-generic-add-on-props-add-on-props-for-your-custom-maps)
3 Dont forget Map Builder 1.0 (https://fr.gta5-mods.com/tools/map-builder) for some grounds.
HOW TO INSTAL:
ADDON Ybn, Ydr, Ymap for the You Tool Store.
Installation for instal (OPEN IV needed for this)
1] Copy and paste the dlc folder "you tool store"
To: mods>update>x64>dlcpacks
2] Finally add "dlcpacks:/you tool store/" in dlclist.xml using OpenIV
To: mods >update.rpf >common >data>dlclist
Good game :-)

Buttloads of collisions still in place. Maybe due to stuff from 'Mappatches' or 'SPPatches' I haven't checked yet. I thought I had DNX props installed but didn't. Still, it looked okay I just had to no-clip to get in and check it out. Only real disappointment was there was no entrance to the garage inside the store and the garage is a ymap instead of an MLO. I've got 'snow' on so it was all on inside there.
@iammistahwolf hello, I think you have conflict with an other map mods, because it's work perfectly on my computer.
