@Hystery That's an Timecyc effect. The Rockstar editor makes that if there is so an blur. It's a bug, not photoshop.

@Hystery The vlur comes from CrystalReality. Motion blur looks fine in game if you look at the video but its different if you move the camera in R*editor. The ReShade gives you a hint of what the colors would look like so the motion blur shoudnt really matter.

@Dasonoto @CnK Yes you can. 970 is a great GPU. 1.1 is pretty much done, Im just waiting for CrystalREality 1.2 to release so I can upload these files (im using some of CrystalReality's weathers)
