This is a texture mod which replaces graffiti near Franklin's house by a palestinian flag graffiti!

HOW TO INSTALL///////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////
1) Extract the two .ytd files somewhere you like
2) Open OPENIV, click "edit mod"
3) Goto GTAV/MODS/X64G.RPF/LEVELS/GTA5/GENERIC/GTXD.RPF
4) Drag and drop the two extracted .ytd files into the folder
5) You are done.

@tramter step outside franklin's house, go forward and get on the pavement, turn 90 degrees to the right, walk forward until you see the graffiti on the wall.
You need to add a file version number.
Also, @blinkee, I see what you're trying to do here. I will approve the mod (when fixed), but be assured I will keep a close eye on this thread. And to everyone else involved: this better not turn into another flamefest, like the mod with the Israeli flag! Politics and namecalling are NOT allowed here.

you left a brief description of where this is on the map, but is this on a main road or a back road? (back road being a road that there are no cars on)

also, is it possible to make another mod of Mohamed Durah graffiti or maybe billboards?? that is quite a popular graffiti icon in the middle east https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Muhammad_al-Durrah_incident

I think it's a good idea, the flag will be more visible and catch-eye so to emphasize colors alongside the symbol of a great people they represent!
Concerning Mohammad Durah incident, I will be pleased to make a graffiti out of it, but I'm affraid the site admins won't allow me doing so, because this incident surely represents something that neither administrators nor some people here are ready to accept. It is called here "politically incorrect", I'm sorry buddy :(
