This is a real L.A. bench ad from the time that the game takes place (+/-2013). Of course it can be used for Los Santos too.
You can use this mod or upload it anywhere you want as long as you give the proper credits.

Installation:
GTAV\mods\x64f.rpf\levels\gta5\props\roadside\v_seating_tables.rpf\prop_bench_add.ytd

If you are using "Real California Architecture" (RCA) mod:
GTA V\mods\update\x64\dlcpacks\rca\dlc.rpf\x64\props\prop_bench_add.ytd
