Installation:
1) Open OpenIV with "Edit Mode" on
2) Go to GTA V\mods\update\update.rpf\x64\data\cdimages\scaleform frontend.rpf
3) Import the file "loadingnewsscreenbg17.ytd"
4) Enjoy
