it has a nice pushbar and 2 different lightbars where you can choose from :)
So i made a Indiana Sheriff version from it and it turned out nice. i wanted to share it so people enjoy it! i have a simpel readme in it and you dont need any carvarations or anything else to let it drive smooth. it alrdy does so :)

+1 for someone who correctly uses the EXEMPT plates + specific numbers-only registration plate and doesn't just use the EXEMPT plate with civilian numbers & letters combination :D

What I'm trying to say is that real life police exempt plates (for California at least) are composed of numbers only (in your picture, 1320393) while civilian plates are composed of letters + numbers (for instance 46EEK572).
A civilian licence plate : http://www.15q.net/us1/ca04.jpg (1 number, 3 letters, 3 numbers)
A CA exempt licence plate : http://www.statetrooperplates.com/images/California/CAHPcurrent.jpg (7 numbers only)
I see a lot of people in GTA confusing exempt licence plates with civilian numbers (like exempt plates, but which bear a civilian number-letter combination) and this mod didn't :D
