A new livery for lcpd scout
The livery prototype comes from NYPD's new livery.
It still uses white as the background, uses blue and green painted stripes, and is based on the LCPD police flag, just like the LCPD police flag printed on the car.The police light accessories on the car remain unchanged.

Open OpenIV to add the texture to the corresponding ytd, then turn off OpenIV and you can enter the game and enjoy
