@Reclusive Eagle I don't know how the game apply tattoos. The only thing I know is tattoos are apply directly to mesh and subject to the specular and skin properties.

@qingchewangzi is almost impossible to created a nude body because it need a perfect mapped specular and bumpmap matching the same skin. Mapping an uneven form like torso,hands or upper body is the must difficult thing to do in a 3D software.

The only way is to redraw the already mapped texture and create the specular and bumbmap but this is only possible by a true artist.

Yea the only way to actually blend them together is to recreate a new mesh while using the upper body as reference and apply new textures/uv mapping. You either have to use 3ds max or blender (if zmodeler accepts the proper blender export files) to make the model.
