In case "addon peds" doesn't work, make sure that Custom gameconfig, PackFile Limit Adjuster and Heap Adjuster are installed.

3: Add a ped in "AddonPeds Editor", model name= "luka" is streamed= true, then click "REBUILD".
4: Launch game, press "L"(or your custom hotkey) to open ped selector menu, or spawn manually by model name: luka
