For those trips to the South Coast, or for when you encounter a gang of rival Rockers. Either way, with this parka you'll find yourself running at someone's bleedin' heels.
You'll need a trainer to get your hands on this for single player, but I'm sure you already knew that.
Maybe someday R* will revisit that "Mods vs. Rockers" game they cancelled... Maybe.
