1.Install this https://www.gta5-mods.com/scripts/addonpeds-asi-pedselector.
2.Place the ped files from the addonpeds folder.
3.Open AddonPedsEditor.exe and add model in the list as normal ped.

Doesn't work on FiveM. The ydd body parts are named in a way most peds.meta files can't work with it. ex: The whole body is "head" in this one whereas it's normally "upper". The FF7 white crop top Tifa uses "Upper" as body for example and that works.
Looking at this one in the OpenIV ydd viewer, wow... nice! Too bad it's all distorted when in FiveM
