I always found how dealers spawning on your face with the older version made no sense, so I changed it to get dealers that spawn ambiently, you will need to change game files however, for the proper dealer experience.
The dealer doesn't spawn in general, it has a few scenarios, however, I included a file that makes him spawn in the hood (davis, strawberry, chamberlain hills) on vespucci beach (the boardwalk) and in la mesa.
A version for Vanilla, cops back on the beat, and RDE each separately, is included in the download, you're welcome to make compatibility files with wov and any traffic mod you have and send them to me, I'll include them in further downloads.
All installation instructions are in the readme,.

Awesome, I still use that script and find the spawning annoying. Hopefully you have a keybinding for interacting with dealer as I’d like to switch that off as I player LSPDFR and only want to arrest them—not buy drugs off them.
Maybe you’ll consider expanding on it and have them flee or what have you for LSPDFR folks when Player’s around if they are in the middle of a transaction.
