Red Dead Redemption 2/Bully/GTA San Andreas Ped Interaction
Installation
Place DialogueSystem.dll into your "scripts" folder. You will need the latest versions of ScriptHookV and ScriptHookVDotNet.
About
This mod overhauls the dialogue interaction system between the player and NPCs. No longer will there be one randomized "talk to nearby ped" button, but there is now two! You can talk to EVERY single ped in the game and talk to them how you like. When you look at a pedestrian and press the talk button (E or right-dpad by default), you are now able to "Greet" or "Antagonize" them. Greeting them will allow you to have conversations and antagonizing them will insult them to the point where they might want to fight you. You can also "Defuse" situations and attempt to apologize which sometimes might not work. Each NPC you talk to has their own emotion/attitude that determines the outcome of the conversation. They will also remember you. Inspired by the new dialogue system in Red Dead Redemption 2, and older Rockstar Games titles such as Bully and Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas, where you could react positively or negatively by pressing two buttons such as the Y and N keys.

Amazing mod! Btw, will there be a surrender option soon for cops, like in RDR2?
What are the keys to select a responce? When I am near a pet and press E, nothing happens. When I press Y or N nothing happens.
This mod seems to no longer work on the latest update. One of the best, most essential mods when it worked. Hopefully someone finds a fix.

i've reinstalled whole gta 5 with different gameconfig and now the mod doesnt want to work. i am using PEV (https://www.gta5-mods.com/misc/police-pursuit-behaviour-improved) and i cant talk with NPCs.
