Welcome to the chaos escalation protocol – the next level of law response in Los Santos.
Improved Wanted Level is an evolution of the original Rockstar's Dispatch System. This time, it's about smarter chases, more reactive units, and tighter AI control. Whether you're on land, at sea, or in the air, this system ensures that your heat isn't just numbers—it's tactical, cinematic, and unpredictable. Expect evolving threats, smarter AI, multi-force pursuits, and total dispatch immersion.

From helicopters that dodge your rockets, to sea units chasing you even underwater, every level of your felony has consequences. Disarm enemies with a smart hit, feel surrounded when near shore, and watch the skies as cops adapt. Customize everything in the XML file. It’s chaos. It’s control. It’s Improved.

  • Fixed ground units not moving unless provoked.
  • Resolved helicopter rappel bugs when too many peds spawn.
  • Helicopters now flee when heavily damaged (50% health loss).
  • Reduced spawn distance for vehicle chases – more in-your-face action.
  • Enabled default roadblocks and non-police dispatches during missions (let me know if chaos escalates).
  • Helicopters below wanted level 4 won’t use vehicle weapons, instead they circle aggressively to distract.
  • Fixed helicopters crashing into buildings randomly.
  • Fixed sea units not chasing properly (they even see underwater now lol).
  • Added custom Dispatch Messages system with notification per unit type.
  • Added plane dispatch support (fighters like Hydra, Avenger, etc.) – experimental.
  • Integrated and fixed version of Disarm Mod (credits to jedijosh920).
  • All behaviors and toggles customizable through provided XML file.
  • Being near shore triggers air + ground + sea combined dispatches.
  • Working on improving police AI driving – current chases are still limited by Rockstar's native AI.
  • Test feature (enable logging from ini file to take effect): Vehicle mod editing via keyboard (ArrowLeft = mod type, ArrowRight = mod index) to get know the current vehicle's mod types and all.
  • MOD_ROOF and MOD_CHASSIS usually affect helicopter and other vehicle's extra weapons.
  • Mod index -1 disables the mod part (or omit mod name in XML).
  • AI logic updated – helicopters won’t fire unless provoked; they circle first, then attack when pilot feels threatened. Sometimes they can straight up blow the hell out of you.

Planned Feature:

  • Cargobob will land, open rear doors, deploy 6 units, then re-engage you from air. Tactical drop incoming.

If you see stationary Vehicles or Peds, it means either it's a RoadBlock or a Ped who was disarmed ran away and it's task was cancelled later.

If anyone wants Disarm mod as standalone, let me know. I will upload it. By default I have fixed anyone to run away if their weapons are dropped/disarmed, but even if you see a cop running at you, it's game engine spawned entity.

Installation:
Extract the zip file and drop the WOI.dll and the folder into scripts folder.
You need ScriptHookV and ScriptHookVDotNet installed. And currently this script works on Legacy only.
