Great work! Glad to see a version of this idea that doesn't need SHVDN. Unfortunately, if I die on a mod map thats too far away from the original game map, i repsawn under west vinewood and have to teleport back. I understand that this is a limitation of where the navmeshes and traffic paths are, but it would be absolutely fantastic if there was a system to detect when valid respawn coordinates have not been found. If the mod is about to respawn the player under west vinewood, it should instead respawn them at the exact location they died. I'd be happy to help test this if youd like, Thanks so much for your hard work!

Wow, that was fast! testing now.

Kudos to you sir. It now works perfectly, as far as my quick testing has found. Within an hour the only issue has been fixed. Tremendous work, this is now an essential mod for my game.

can you reduce delay to respawn??

Can you make a mod like watch your death but actually work? Look at ps3/xbox360 death delay, it was cooler, can u make a mod to have wasted screen toggleable once dead at a keybind?

@JIMX That would actually be nice, like the original (now it's broken) script, where you just stay there until you press a certain key to either respawn or revive yourself. 👍
