BE WARNED THAT PLAYER COMPANION 1.0 - 5.1, REQUIRES THE USERS SYSTEM LANGUAGE TO BE ENGLISH, THE MOD WILL BREAK IF YOUR SYSTEM LANGUAGE IS NOT ENGLISH, I AM LOOKING FOR A FIX
Player Companion is an expanded version of Hunk's Buddy Control, re-written from scratch, the mod allows you to have a bodyguard/friend/girlfriend in GTAV, hangout with your Companion to unlock new activities
with a high enough reputation you will unlock new activities, Yoga, Arm Wresling, Private Dance and much more, when not on a date or hanging out with your Companion you can find your companion in their house (or in yours if you have the option unlocked), if you want access to their house you will have to increase your relationship with your Companion, but dont worry you can call the Player Companion Contact in your ingame phone to organise a date.
you will have 3 stats which will affect what activities you can do
Relationship : Relationship is the first stat it will mainly control everything, unlocking events and interactions, will gradually increase overtime, but will slowly increase while wanted.
Combat : Combat is the second, this one will increase when your companion engages someone in combat, it also controls how much health your companion has, it increases more while wanted.
Adrenaline : Adrenaline is the last stat, it increases while doing dangerous activities, such as driving fast, drifting, hitting jumps etc.
to make a ped your companion walk up to them and you should be prompted to make that ped your companion, the mod also has over 30 Preset outfits for MP male and MP female that spawn in the world, for your choice of making one of them your companion!
Install
Drag the conents of the Player Companion Zip to scripts folder, if you dont have a scripts folder create one
Install Scripthookv and Scripthookvdotnet, and change ReloadKey=Insert in scripthookvdotnet.ini
Install LemonUI for SHVDN2 in scirpts (Drag the contents of SHVDN2 folder into scripts, PDB and DLL)
intall Enable All Interiors and ONCE IN GAME, Hit Insert to Force MP maps to load

with a high enough reputation you will unlock new activities, Yoga, Arm Wresling, Private Dance and much more, when not on a date or hanging out with your Companion you can find your companion in their house (or in yours if you have the option unlocked), if you want access to their house you will have to increase your relationship with your Companion, but dont worry you can call the Player Companion Contact in your ingame phone to organise a date.
you will have 3 stats which will affect what activities you can do
Relationship : Relationship is the first stat it will mainly control everything, unlocking events and interactions, will gradually increase overtime, but will slowly increase while wanted.
Combat : Combat is the second, this one will increase when your companion engages someone in combat, it also controls how much health your companion has, it increases more while wanted.
Adrenaline : Adrenaline is the last stat, it increases while doing dangerous activities, such as driving fast, drifting, hitting jumps etc.
to make a ped your companion walk up to them and you should be prompted to make that ped your companion, the mod also has over 30 Preset outfits for MP male and MP female that spawn in the world, for your choice of making one of them your companion!
Install
Drag the conents of the Player Companion Zip to scripts folder, if you dont have a scripts folder create one

your mods are no good, they're nothing more than rubbish, every time they show an error and if they don't bug it you can only use it once if you leave the game it doesn't work anymore, would that be the intention of this mod?, and the other ones I don't even talk about because they don't even open

awesome mod! everything works pretty awesome... only time its sketchy is when you try to use other mods like ls life to sell drugs at same time with companion so test it out with your current mods but on its own it works great and is super fun. i had to free aim to select a ped companion and it seemed to make that part easier. does anyone know how to get the mailbou house or designer house for companion? whenever i go to one me and my companion fall through floor lol... i cant find the mod on here and i couldnt figure out what interior it might be on hkh191 interior mod... let me know

@HKH191 It's bit of a mess for me. Trying to go into companion home the interior wouldn't load while with the companion and I can't change their appearance with the only work around for that using Menyoo. Again I'd really appreciate if we could disable the controller support please as using the A button to end date is just not a practical button. I do love this mod it has potential and I look forward to seeing what you do in the future

@AUSSIE_LAD_96 currently taking a break from Player Companion to develop Single Player Heists, the successor to the Payday Heist mod, however after it is complete, Player Companion is getting a major update, so will look into it

Is there a particular reason the mod doesn’t load custom peds as companions correctly? Like I have a custom female ped that I spawn in to be my companion using addonpeds but when I make her my companion her face changes and her skin becomes pale or her face is all screwed up and doesn’t load properly.

Mod is great. But I'm having some issues: when I select a beautiful girl as my companion in-game, after relaunching the game for the 2nd time afterwards my "beautiful girl" now appears to be an old, ugly granny if I look in her face, only the body will remain the same, the face will be of an ugly woman with bruised cheeks.
Another issue is that when applying clothes, (preset and others) after closing the menu my companion resets to her original clothes immediately.
And one last thing is that after some companion interaction the HUD disappears and... Well you know, the game sucks with it because I don't even know where I am.
Would author @HKH191 please help me solve this because I love this mod, sorry for my broken english, not my language, just borrowed to communicate around the world.

Great mod @HKH191 the only downside that i have is the mod only able to have 1 companion in contact, is there any plan on next version to expand the companion slot? or this is the final, for my workaround im using pretty similiar mod like this it's called "Forever Together" so currently i have 2 ped companion outside from main story

Wish there was a way to save whatever facial presets are already on before they become a companion. Would be useful for people like us who have MP characters and presets made up already

Also my HUD keeps vanishing it didn't do this before months ago when I first got into this mod but now my HUD vanishes whenever I interact with the companion.
