CodeWalker - Interactive 3D Map for GTAV.
This app renders the GTAV map in a manner reminiscent of SA-MP Map Editor. You can add markers like on the Glokon online map, but in 3D. Select objects in the world by clicking on them, and look at details of the models, etc.
Requires the PC version of GTAV installed, and .NET framework 4.5.2.
Extract the zip file and run the .exe. Once the GTAV installation folder has been found, the world view will load by default. Use the WASD keys to move, and left-drag to rotate the camera view. Mouse wheel zooms in/out and controls the movement speed.

Awesome tool! How can I find out the area ID of an add-on map such as spa-francorchamp dlc, monaco dlc and race_map_pack dlc? There is no nav mesh in these add-on maps so no area ID?
Oh bummer, I found the Area ID map CWPathNodesAreaMap.png and the spa map lies mostly outside the boundary so traffic paths will never work on it. Is there a formula for converting xy coords to area ID thanks? Someone is bound to have worked this out already.
Nevermind, I've worked it out. For the benefit of those newbies coming after me: Area ID=INT((player_Y - -8192) / 512)*32+ INT((player_X- -8192) / 512).
@dexyfex we need an update like having the ability to edit ytyp so that we can edit coordinates for MLO(interior) entity .. :) thanks.. its almost perfect!

@dexyfex Hey man, sorry to bother you, using the scenario mode in codewalker I noticed that there are already npc inside the Pacific Standard bank in winewood, but in game they are not spawned ...
Is there a method or some setting to force theim to be spawn in game?, I did some tests, but without success, and i think the problem is related to interiors?
