You are a moderator, you should know better.
The ratings system is used to ensure that a person displays their very own personal experience with the downloaded mod, therefore it offers a choice between 1 to 5 stars... any positive or negative personal experience is validly eligible to provide a rating, no matter the majority of positive ratings/experiences.
@AshleyIsNotHere has all rights to share her negative experience within the comments without a "moderator" telling her that negative experiences are not valid enough to leave a review.
