It automatically crashes my game and im unable to use the uninstaller.oiv - Im really unsure how to fix this

Why does my game crash when i try to configurate the steering? i love this mod but after i reinstalled i cant configurate the steering without the game crashing please help it would mean a lot

What is the mod called where Assault rifles can be visibly slung on your chest like in the screenshots?
