Did more testing, think I've figured it out. It's a vanilla bug, but it only manifests when you load a save with your character near the store. If you switch to another character then switch back, the store corrects itself. Not sure if that's script-related, or something that can be fixed with this mod.

Disregard the above, think it might be a bug caused by GameplayFixesV, though I haven't fully verified that yet.
Came across a set of invisible walls.

Just a note, this might need to be updated for the new game version. Apparently, memory patterns got shifted around. And I was encountering some crashes when changing player models in simple trainer until I removed both this and GameplayFixesV, neither of which have been updated yet.
@fantastik900 It definitely shows, bro.
@fantastik900 Have some self-awareness, and take your own advice. You were quick to jump to insults, so don't try and lecture others about being nice, it comes off as weak and disingenuous.
@fantastik900 Nah. Do a little legwork before reporting bugs that cause other people to waste time trying to debug when the issue is on your end to begin with.
@woadie Yes, using an older build of rde on a new game version is a recipe for instability and crashing. Use the right build for the right game version.
@fantastik900 So you're on an old game version, and decided to report a bug with the latest version of RDE, which is meant to be used alongside the latest game version, because it doesn't work as intended on your old game version. Ok buddy.
@fantastik900 Then there's something else you've got installed in your mod setup that's causing issues. Because RDE by itself does not cause the phone bug. I have never encountered it once in all the time I've tested it, including 4.1.2.
