With the "Remember Last Chase" setting you will get whatever stars you had during your previous chase, but this can result in a 5 star turning into a 1 star when they remember you.

And how does the reduce stars feature work? I enabled this, gave myself a 5 star wanted level, killed cops to deplete the bar but the stars didnt reduce.
Is it normal for this mod to eat up 5gb vram and 3gb ram?
This mod still works.
Open the .zip with 7zip and extract the OIV. Make sure to also install the minimap fix or the minimaps won't load.
@Cruel Mine also randomly stopped working when I copied a backup I made 10 minutes ago. ChatGPT directed me to disabling SmartScreen policy which fixed it for me.
This is related to windows security/antivirus tho, so do your own research before proceding.
Cool mod, the only thing I'd like to change is to have the cars be a bit more durable. Is there somewhere I can edit this?
