Tram cam still only of legends :(

Mod idea: no subway/tram cam / ability to walk around

@slime4040 you are obviously not an experienced stalker but if were then you would know that's mainly what stalking is smh

Historically this mod has been so strange for me. I would edit the .ini and set almost everything except speeding to FALSE. I get in a car and instantly a cop tries to pull me over. He walks up to my car and disappears. This occurred across multiple versions. I'm not sure what you did with this one, but well done. Everything that didn't work properly before appears to be working fine now. Well done!

@RealZolika1351 do you accept requests or challenges? I would be forever grateful if you could disable the tram cam. I heard online mode doesn't have it (you can walk around in the tram instead of cinematic cam) and the top down camera works fine so I imagine this wouldn't be too challenging <3
