@EvilTim1911 I've been modding games longer than you've been playing them, kid. So go blow goats for bus fare.
@dodgeboy121 Odd, we're having opposite issues. There is no limb removal for me, just the waist whether the .ini is there or not.
@dodgeboy121 This is goreV, only updated supposedly, still doesn't work. But if you're looking for the torso splitting action of goreV, this is it.
@EvilTim1911 I'm not doing anything wrong. First off, I am following the instructions, so nothing can possibly be done wrong. Second, there are no instructions on where to put the ini file. Third, the mod does nothing unless I have the torso dismemberment enabled, but I don't want the torso dismemberment, I want everything else such as arms, legs and heads, but that's not happening. I haven't done anything wrong, the files are where they are supposed to go, the only dismemberment happening is the stupid torsos get dismembered which is useless. I have shot people ibn the head arms and legs with no effect at all. Don't tell me I am doing something wrong, i was probably modding games when you were still calling people cheater for using codes that the developers put there for people to use. As far as the cfg file, there is no weapons list included, am I supposed to guess the names of the weapons? Because I am damned sure that and making up names for the weapons I want won't work. Please read before commenting and assuming things.
Dang. Wish a new version was here. Oh well, I wait. Sounds like a great mod though.
The vids are a tease. The actual "bowling alley" is total crap. Would have been nice to have an additional activity, but this is just ugh. And yeah, you probable feel that I'm a complainer if you saw my comments on some other things, but hey, I like a lot of your mods, a couple that sounded good need work and this one needs an entire overhaul to make it actually like the GTA:IV bowling. This and any other additional activities would be welcome provided they add something to the experience rather than looking like a bag of crap.
From the description, I thought this was going to be the same kind of experience as the gang wars in GTA:SA, however, there are only 3 gang territories, they can't be taken over and the gang wars aren't really gang wars but just the gang coming after you for killing their people and that's already in the game. The swarm of gang members in your own gang turf doesn't make any sense and I would rather be able to play with the playable characters rather than a gang ped selected from a menu as well as not having to chose a gang and already being in one (Families, since that's the friendly gang in GTA:SA) would be better. Simply it should be you're in a gang, playing the playable characters, can recruit gang members to your crew and have gang wars where you take over territories. Maybe that can't be done, I don't know. I don't know much about code, I just know this is really crap and should be a lot better. It would be cool to have all the games gangs involved as well. I don't know what's up with the random gang events either but they're not needed and they don't work anyway. People don't want to drop what they're doing to run around doing other things on the fly. Plus, the menu and interaction with other gang members doesn't work either, and yes, I installed as per your instructions, which should be included with the downloads so people don't have to keep coming back to find out how to install.
No good dude. This is no different from the original version. The only thing that happens is that when I use an RPG the peds get severed at the waist. That's not what I want for something like this. In GTA:SA, any gun could be used to shoot off arms, legs and heads, not torsos. If you throw a grenade at somebody irl, they're not going to split at the torso but they might lose an arm or a leg or 2. None of the weapons shoots off arms, legs or heads plus you don't include a weapons list for people to add the guns they want and you also don't say where to put the ini file. Great concept, but needs work and needs to actually do something, not split torsos. Almost feels like you just re-uploaded the original and called it 2.1 since it still really doesn't do anything.
