@EncryptedReality Can you simply make the roads darker or give them one of the Liberty City road texture options?
It's one of the things that make this awesome mod look really bad. They look like low res texture broken roads.

@xnj Only thing showing up is the VI emblem, everything else are still vanilla screens. Installed both files to your specified instructions.
In game experience looks worst than the 2 year old videos they posted somehow.
