The Chevrolet Vega is a subcompact automobile that was manufactured and marketed by GM's Chevrolet subdivision from 1970 to 1977. Available in two-door hatchback, notchback, wagon, and sedan delivery body styles, all models were powered by an inline four-cylinder engine with a lightweight, aluminum alloy cylinder block. The Vega first went on sale in Chevrolet dealerships on September 10, 1970 . Variants included the Cosworth Vega, a short-lived limited-production performance model, introduced in the spring of 1975
The Vega received praise and awards at its introduction, including 1971 Motor Trend Car of the Year.[3] Subsequently, the car became widely known for a range of problems related to its engineering,[4] reliability,[5] safety,[6][7] propensity to rust, and engine durability. Despite a series of recalls and design upgrades, the Vega's problems tarnished both its own as well as General Motors' reputation. Production ended with the 1977 model year
The car was named for Vega, the brightest star in the constellation Lyra

- How to install -
1.- Go to "/update/x64/dlcpacks/", create a new folder called "vega" and put inside the "dlc.rpf" file.
2.- Export "dlclist.xml" from "/update/update.rpf/common/data/" path to your desktop with OpenIV. Open the file with a text editor and add the following line to the end:
dlcpacks:\vega\
3.- Import the file again to the path above with OpenIV.
4.- Done, use a Trainer to spawn the cars with "vega" name, and enjoy!

this vega is great and well finished but the gauges are not working also i have an advise the system of glass you used in this vega is the best compared to your other models they are reflected from interior thank you so much

@Abolfazldanaee You can correct the error. When tinted, the speedometer glass is also painted.

The car needs a bit of more work I'd say, like the handling is just too weird, it oversteers and behaves like a car which is much bigger than what it is, and it also sounds like a Camaro with a Chevy big block engine where all the Vega's had 4 cylinder engines. Overall the handling is too wobbly and it leans over too much on the corners. Also the Tachometer and Speedometer are completely messed up the Tachometer shows the speed in RPMs and speedometer shows RPMs in mph, I guess you have to modify the dials object in zm (if you are willing to improve this car which it really needs). IDK why but the whole underneath of the car is covered with WHITE SHINY chrome.... I have never seen a car like that....
the car lacks any sorts of damage and deformation which is kind of annoying and gives off a really unrealistic vibe which I doubt anyone would like it. Overall I give this mod 2.5 stars because it spawned in my game and didn't crash it. But I'm sure this mod can be improved.15 de octubre de 2021
