Here for the whole community is a 1990 Chevy Caprice with the coplite slim (for the time) undercover lighting setup. This was my idea to make a Caprice with the mini edge since I thought it would be cool to have ingame since it is the first slicktop unmarked old car for GTA V. Also it has a interior with period correct boxes and other interior elements... Also, this vehicle is very low poly (~34k) so it will run smooth on almost any PC. You are free to use this in a video, but it would be greatly appreciated if you take a few moments of your time to acknowledge my work in your video or in the description.
=============== Installation ===============
To install the vehicle all you have to do is navigate to the latest patch day
you have in your MODS folder, and place it in the vehicles.rpf there.
For me it would be:
\Grand Theft Auto V\mods\update\x64\dlcpacks\patchday14ng\dlc.rpf\x64\levels\gta5\vehicles.rpf\
To install the ELS VCF file, navigate to:
\Grand Theft Auto V\ELS\pack_default
and drag and drop it there
To install the vehicle.meta file, navigate to: Not needed for this file

I'm not sure how you managed, but the vehicle's LODs are royally fucked. L0 and L1 are what should be the L2. L2-4's materials are completely broken. You really need to look this model over another time. Reimport my DEV resource and make sure you do it right. I like to give as much as I can so people can have models to work with, but not at quality like this.

@DevinKan I imported the .z3d right now, showing no issues.
I used this car and ment to spawn a police partner and spawned a paramedic by mistake but I thought the cop and paramedic went good with this car......I think pretty cool tho :D

@DevinKan I know if you're using a bootlegged version of Zmodeler on an older patch, there will be compatibility issues with opening .z3d files that were exported/saved on a newer legitimate Zmodeler patch. That may be an issue if your Zmodeler isn't updated.
