This is my Volvo V40 Pack that contains the Area Car and Traffic Q Car versions. It is ELS enabled with rear reds and wig wags.
This was used on a few boroughs in 2014 and is still used in CW (Westminster) but was later replaced by the BMW 525D due to being too light. Enjoy!

@OPayne Is it really worth giving a crap review just because it has no ELS file, you can use it with any British ELS.xml

No ELS file, dont put the ELS tag when all of your mods never provide a ELS file and you are expecting us to look for one ourselves
@GTOMO The description says: "It is ELS enabled with rear reds and wig wags." That suggests it comes with an ELS definition file. The comments you are receiving (along with a low rating) are the direct result of that. The ELS tag is simply misleading. I will remove the 1 low rating (even though it's technically justified), but I will also remove the ELS tag.
And the namecalling was uncalled for too.
