This is a car projected for destruction. There is a working grenade launcher and an electricity bar ahead.
To install: open GTA V main folder> menyooStuff> put in "vehicle" folder

You need menyoo menu (https://www.gta5-mods.com/scripts/menyoo-pc-sp) by mafins to spawn it
To use: open menyoo in game (key F8), go to vehicle options, then vehicle spawner, saved vehicles and find "monster", then spawn it
