If there's one thing rich people in the Middle East have in common, it's occasionally doing things that lack any common sense. We're not sure exactly why someone in the middle of the desert requested Dundreary make a sea-faring variant of the Midwest's favourite Station Wagon, or why Dundreary agreed to go ahead with the idea, but the results are... interesting, to say the least. Pick a pier, rev up the retrofitted engine as hard as you can, and put the pedal to the metal - you'll be seeing fish, or sleeping with them, in no time at all.

This mod was commissioned to FoxtrotDelta by me a little bit over a year ago, and was finally in an uploadable state as of today. Some work still needs to be done - this is listed in the Known Bugs section below.
Other than that, I hope you enjoy! This car is the counterpart to the Albany-Imponte Emperor Deluxo mod that has been out for quite a while now.
FEATURES!:
* Working submersible and land modes
* Fully working propellers and tail fins
* Breakable windows and front/rear windshield
* Has the same layout as the regular Regina - seats four peds!
* Working dashboard dials, hands on steering wheel
* Working weapons (Same as vanilla Stromberg - machine gun and rockets)

Hey Fox-dude, than you for a underwater car mod.
Lately I've been curious if there is any hope to consider making military underwater Submarine, drivable and with walkable interrior(not swimmable :))))), but actually walkable :))))), when submerging under the water inside the Boat, for example like the one from Doom's Day DLC or similar to it ?
This guy have already started, however had some obstacles to finish it:

@FoxtrotDelta I mean, thank you for your reply. Just wanted to say that it's pity to see that in GTA we already able to go to Space + have all Tanks + Aircraft Carriers and Fighter Jets, but not so much of Mods about Underwater World :(((

@FoxtrotDelta Its awseome man, but can you make it less nose-diving? it tends to go nose-down every second you are not moving, and even when you are, you have to still compensate its tendency to bow down
Well, now it stopped working for some reason. doesnt spawn and crashes the trainer
it seems not to work with redux mod. Also, wheels in submarine mode are glitching through the covers
