Realistic Handling for Skizo's Hemi Dart and Coronet 1.5

1.342

Version 0.5 fixes stopping distance and acceleration time issues brought to my attention by Vinicius_117. The Hemi Dart should now be reasonably close to its real life 0 to 130MPH time at 11 seconds or less and the Coronet is now less likely to oversteer.

Version 1.5 changes the power level from crank horsepower to wheel horsepower, this means more accurate speeds and acceleration as well as a more realistic and more noticeable difference between automatic and manual transmissions.

First off I'd like to thank Chocoskizo for uploading two of my favorite mopars even though he released them with hydraulics :)
With my handling both cars in Skizo's mopar pack now have accurate stance, ride height, body roll, acceleration, top speed and braking. I have also included a vehicles.meta that deactivates the hydraulics on both cars and gives the coronet a more accurate sound.

440 Coronet Info: The 1967 Dodge Coronet looks just plain mean and its got the motor to back it up. Its a fairly stable car for its age but handling is the least of your concerns with an optional 440 "Magnum" V8 at your disposal.
Advertised power is 375HP 480TQ actual numbers are typically within a few figures of 400HP and 500TQ.
This aggressive yet stylish vintage automobile is an excellent way to outrun the cops in luxurious comfort. This car was made before airbags and crumple zones, back when accident survival logic was "he who hits hardest dies last" so if they do give you any trouble just push em' around because the car is tough as nails and it hits like a heavyweight.

Hemi Dart Info: This is kinda long but they only made 80 so it deserves a little attention :)
The Dodge Dart was originally a "small" affordable six cylinder economy car that gained optional small V8 engines through popular demand in the mid 1960's. In 1968 an extremely limited production option package was offered, known to Chrysler employees as production code L023 but known to the public as simply the "Hemi Dart". Less than 100 Hemi Darts were spread thin nationwide to popular Chrysler dealerships and sold to the public as "street legal, race ready drag cars" for B class super stock drag racing.
The 426 cubic inch (6.9 liter) high rpm Hemi race engine from the late 60's is nothing to sneer at and makes any modern naturally aspirated Hemi look like an electric drill motor. The advertised power level is 425 Horsepower @ 4500RPM which is accurate and sounds good to the insurance company but peak power is actually closer to 500HP at 7000RPM. Thanks to the huge high flow cylinder heads and massive twin carb intake manifold the 426 Hemi is significantly larger and heavier than other "bigger" V8's such as the 440.
The poor little Dart was never intended to carry such a large engine and this is pretty obvious when you notice the big orange oil pan hanging underneath the car and the twin four barrel carbs sticking up under the hood scoop. The front fenders and hood are fiberglass which is why they are black and many conveniences and comforts were stripped from the car in an effort to save weight including the center console, heater, side view mirrors, radio, carpeting, and even arm rests. Window roller mechanisms were even replaced with simple straps that let you raise and lower the window.
The 68 Dodge Dart GTS was a nimble good driving car but this isn't the Dart GTS. Being a straight line car the Hemi Dart had no braking or suspension improvements over the base 6 cylinder model and despite factory weight reduction efforts the large engine gives the little car a poor weight bias making it corner and brake very poorly. The cars weighed approximately 3,000 lbs. and were designed to meet street legal requirements, but due to the modifications, they came with disclaimers that they were not for street use, but rather "supervised acceleration trials", or drag racing.
Chrysler engineers stated the new 1968 Hemi Dart could reach speeds of 130 mph in less than 11 seconds and factory quarter mile times in the 10-11 second range, although times have been reported as low as the 9-10 second range.
