INSTALLATION:
- Using OpenIV, put folder "kcm_lbwkcountach" to directory
Grand Theft Auto V/mods/update/x64/dlcpacks
- Then navigate to:
Grand Theft Auto V/mods/update/update.rpf/common/data
and add the following line: "dlcpacks:/kcm_lbwkcountach/" to dlclist.xml
- Save and close
Spawn code is "kcm_lbwkcountach"
