Replaces the Combat Pistol.
Description:
The FN 509 is a striker-fired, polymer-framed 9mm handgun designed for duty, self defence, and professional use. Originally developed for the U.S. Army’s Modular Handgun System trials, it features a robust stainless-steel slide, aggressive grip texturing, fully ambidextrous controls, and a cold hammer-forged barrel. Known for its reliability and durability, the FN 509 offers various configurations, including optics-ready and tactical models making it versatile for both civilian and law-enforcement shooters.
Features:
• Fully Animated
• Working Collision Data
• 2K Textures
• Available in Black or Tan
Notes:
The iron sights line up pretty well. The mag is slightly misaligned, but it looks fine. Mod comes with a suppressor but not the flashlight, although the default flashlight fits perfectly.
Installation:
Just extract the archive and place the files in
mods/update/x64/dlcpacks/patchday8ng/dlc.rpf/x64/models/cdimages/weapons.rpf
How to Fix Texture Loss:
If you are experiencing any texture loss, make a copy of the low texture and rename it to +hi. The low textures should be 1024x1024 or 1024x512. Anything lower does not matter. If the textures aren't, you need to downscale them to that resolution. If you are still experiencing issues, try changing the pixel format to DXT5 or DXT1.
Make Sure You Have These Mods Installed:

Nice work on porting all these fantastic models man! I just tried out your UMP and it's awesome stuff. If you guys ever stumble across a FNX-45 model that finds its way into your todo list...I dunno....you know.....I'd wine and dine tell you that.
Perfect for LSPD(LAPD) equipment. There is a bug that causes the flashlight to move when shooting. I may be misunderstanding.
