Installation:


- Download MapEditor from https://de.gta5-mods.com/scripts/map-editor
- install it correctly
- put the "Meth Scene OTAS MAPPING.xml" into your GTA V main directory
- launch GTA V
- Open Map Editor (mainly with "F7")
- Load "Meth Scene OTAS MAPPING.xml"
- Have fun.
