There are no functions to play music, so do it via spotify or something like that.
Teleport is also not yet available, so use Menyoo or something similar to access the platform.
I have created a crowded scenario with menyoo so that it is not empty.

2. Drag and drop the folder "wrldadd_rooftop_bar_1a" in the following path "mods\update\x64\dlcpacks"
3. Go to "mods\update\update.rpf\common\data" open "dlclist.xml" and add the line "dlcpacks:/wrldadd_rooftop_bar_1a/"
