This MOD creates cleaner swell lines in EXTRASUNNY weather.
The waves are consistent and tidy, like on a good surfing day.
It's best to WATCH THE VIDEO as the ocean is a 'fluid' environment, and hard to represent in static photos.
If you want the CLEAR WATER also - use the Indian Ocean MOD:
https://www.gta5-mods.com/misc/indian-ocean-water-mod
combined with THIS mod.
One file: weather.xml
4 wave sizes available, and instructions on how to increase/decrease size etc are in the download.
The waves are consistent and tidy, like on a good surfing day.

If you are using VisualV, or already have changes to your weather.xml file that you want to keep - the instructions in the download show you how to copy only the WAVE entries to your weather.xml file, leaving all other settings untouched.
Goes great with surfing mod
noice
These waves looks like I always wanted in GTA V, sad that VisualV ones are not like this :(
Great work!

@louane
Not the best MOD community etiquette that I've seen.
Hi Amateurish, thank you for this beautiful mod, even if I had to change the weather file in mods\update\update.rpf\common\data\levels\gta5\ and not as in your description file. However, 5 Stars... ;-)
@phrenesis
Why did you have to do that? There is no weather.xml file in that location by default(unless you added it).
I am genuinely confused, not criticizing.
@Amateurish
I deleted it, and now it works properly with your instruction path only. Don't know, where the weather file has come from. It must have mixed up your file and led to unwanted results e.g. too high and crossed waves. Thanks for your hint. :-)

how to get rid of that damn seafoam i tried editing every weather option in the weather.xml file but it's still there! am i doing it wrong? first i export the weather.xml then i edit the OceanSeaFoam levels then i replace the weather xml file in the mods folder with mine
@demogorgon
It's been a while since I created this MOD, so my best guess from memory is to change OceanFoamIntensity and OceanFoamScale values. Try setting them to zero and see what that looks like. Then increase them a tiny bit at a time until you get the foam you want. REMEMBER: you have to do this for all weather types you want to be affected, my mod targets ExtraSunny only. Search weather.xml for the section <WeatherTypes> and then change the above values within each weather type that you want i.e. extrasunny, clear, foggy etc. Hope this helps.
Is the music by Entheogenic?
How can I make the waves be this good in ALL weathers?
