@Vanmax22 I have the same issue however with a mod menu such and menyoo or probably even the native trainer you can teleport out of the building and it continues to work as normal.
@charackthe So I'm trying the newest beta and so far I filled up all of maze back west and the cars show up when I call them for the mechanic but when I filled up garage 1, and part of 2 for lom bank. it doesn't show up as a choice when calling for a car. More specifically the entire garage does not show up not the cars.
The mod no longer works properly I can call all my cars I had in previous gta updates but now when I try to save a new car into my garage it erases all the other cars in my garage. (Luckily I found this with a new garage that I just got so it only had a few cars) A way around this I think would be to edit the files and copy it and manually add back the cars

This is working great for me so far but how would I transfer the cars that are in my previous garage to this new version
