@Pigs5542onduty not getting on you, but If you have extra space, perhaps make a copy of your mod folder so you don't have to start fresh if something messes it up. It'll avoid so much time and frustration.
I mean its working for me but the city is a little broken. I can see the ocean in between buildings that are not supposed to be cut up. And in certain areas you fall right through
@SECTIS you rename the files: mai_nude and put them in the addonped folder and add the name in the addonped application and hit rebuild. Then spawn her. If the game is crashing perhaps you need another game gameconfig if you have a bunch of other peds/mods already

@SECTIS actually you need to rename those files with the name: mai_nude. And type it again to spawn her
